At Graphic Tablets KE, we sell genuine drawing tablets and accessories. We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase.

Because our products are electronic devices, returns are subject to the conditions outlined below.

You may request a return if:

• The item is defective upon arrival
• You received the wrong product
• The item has a verified manufacturer fault

To qualify:

• The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
• The product must be in its original packaging
• All accessories, cables, pens, and manuals must be included
• The item must show no signs of misuse or physical damage

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Compatibility issues (e.g., device not supported by your computer)
• Software-related issues
• Minor packaging damage
• Products damaged due to mishandling

Customers are encouraged to confirm compatibility before purchase.

All returned items undergo inspection.

If approved:

• You may receive a replacement unit
• OR a store credit
• OR a refund (where applicable)

If the item does not meet return conditions, it will be sent back to the customer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Most of our tablets are covered by manufacturer warranty from Huion.

Warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage
• Liquid damage
• Electrical surge damage
• Unauthorized repairs

For warranty claims, contact us with:

• Proof of purchase
• Clear photos/videos of the issue
• Serial number
