Graphic Tablets KE is a Kenyan-based supplier of genuine drawing tablets and accessories, specializing in products from Huion.

All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) unless otherwise stated.

• Orders outside Nairobi are confirmed only after payment is received.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
• Pricing errors may be corrected at any time.
• Payments may be made via M-Pesa, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
• We offer payment on delivery for clients within Nairobi

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate.

However:

• Specifications may change without notice from the manufacturer.
• Images are for illustration purposes only.
• Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility with their devices before purchase.

We provide guidance, but final purchase decisions remain the customer’s responsibility.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location.
• Risk transfers to the customer once the item is dispatched.
• Customers must inspect goods upon delivery and report issues within 48 hours.

Returns are governed by our Return Policy.

We reserve the right to:

• Approve or reject refund requests
• Offer replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Eligible products may carry manufacturer warranty from Huion.

Warranty does not cover:

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
